Removed black soot from retaining wall that protected pool equipment and heater. By protecting the pool equipment, using our proprietary solutions and soft wash process, we were successful in removing all the black soot. 

Beautiful stucco home that was covered in algae on the decorative lower half of the home. Not only were we able to completely remove the algae with our proprietary solutions, we also brightened the white stucco. Using the soft wash method and applying light coats of our cleaning solution, the algae dissolved off the stucco bringing back its natural beauty. 

This home had a serious black algae infestation that was spreading across the lower exterior of the home and up the exterior walls and windows. Due to the severity of the algae, we were carefully able to remove all algae using our soft washing process. By using the right combination of our proprietary solutions and applying repeated coats we were able to kill the algae at its anchoring point. 

HVAC units are prone to algae growth due to their typical location in shaded areas and close proximity to exterior walls. Rainwater splashes onto the walls, creating a moist environment ideal for algae. Our proprietary solutions and soft wash process safely remove algae by applying cleaning solutions at low pressure, killing it deep within the surface. This results in a clean and algae-free surface.
