This home had a serious black algae infestation that was spreading across the lower exterior of the home and up the exterior walls and windows. Due to the severity of the algae, we were carefully able to remove all algae using our soft washing process. By using the right combination of our proprietary solutions and applying repeated coats we were able to kill the algae at its anchoring point.
